Join us this Friday night (9/12) to try some local beer at Benchmark Brewing (just down the road).  We are postponing wine and mobility at the gym but still want to get together with everything for something fun!  We’re planning to head over about 6:30 but feel free to go earlier.  You can go straight from the gym – no need to be fancy!  Benchmark closes at 10.  There may or may not be a food truck there Friday, we’ll keep you posted!
