Batting cages are now open directly next door to Outlier CrossFit in the Mission Valley neighborhood of San Diego! Our new Sports Training Facility adds 4000 sq ft to our existing CrossFit space, resulting in a 10,000 sq ft training facility with fitness and sports training for both adult and youth athletes. Outlier Athletics (home of Outlier CrossFit) has been a mainstay in the San Diego fitness scene since 2011. Our Sports Training Facility looks to expand our offerings to youth athletes. Operating primarily as softball and baseball batting cages (that will serve youth AND adult participants), our Sports Training Facility can also support team practices, hitting/pitching/fielding lessons, and sport specific strength and conditioning.
As both the CrossFit and Sports Training facilities are directly connected, patrons will have access to a training facility unlike any other in the area. We are excited to combine our love of fitness with our love of sports and share this passion with the San Diego community.
We offer 4 batting cages equipped with Hack Attack or Bata-2 pitching machines available to reserve daily. Our netting is retractable making our facility available for team training.
