CrossFit total will take place on Tuesday May 7th. The entire class will be dedicated to establishing a 1 RM (or heavy) deadlift, back squat, and strict press. Come ready to lift!

AMRAP 20, in teams of 2:
Partner 1 – 400m run
Partner 2 – 2 rounds: 1 rope climb + 14 alt leg KB goblet lunges + 14 Russian KB swings*
Switch movements when both partners are done.
*Rx+ 14 KB hang snatch, 15L/15R
Record number of rounds and reps complete as a team. Shorten the run if there is not enough time for 400m as time is running out.
