Nutrition Challenge Winners

It’s been a little while since our nutrition challenge wrapped up but we wanted to make sure and give a shout out to these three ladies that crushed it!

 

Melody stuck to her guns with healthy eating and lost 10 pounds about 1.5% body fat!

Eugenia lost 6 pounds and 1.5% body fat.

Irene lost 16 pounds and 1% body fat.  She improved on the benchmark metcon by 2 minutes and 44 seconds and added 15 pounds to her hang snatch!

When you see these ladies in the gym congratulate them on a job well done (and ask them if they have any tips for success)!

We know that a lot of you have questions that come up regarding nutrition and we are excited to be bringing a Facebook Page back to life specifically to funnel nutritional guidance, questions, suggestions etc.  Carrie Hogan is our consulting nutritionist and a wealth of knowledge.  She will be helping to moderate the page, offer fun and creative recipes, and answer questions.  In addition, we plan to offer monthly mini-seminars that will focus on topics selected by you guys, our members.  So please, if there is something you want more info about, let us know!  Carrie can be reached by email at Carrie@outliercrossfit.com and is also available for personalized nutritional consulting and in home cooking assistance/teaching to full blown meal prep.
