We are excited to be bringing a different format to our 2018 Nutrition kick off. We are going to be focusing on implementing individualized changes to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Some of you want to lean out, lose fat, gain muscle, bulk up, lift more, run faster, etc. There is a lot more than just the classes you’re doing at the gym that will help you get there.
We will be using a nutrition platform through Gym Buildr to help you design your meals to reach your goals. It is NOT mandatory to use this platform for the program but it is an awesome tool that we are including with it. You can see the nutritional plans available here: https://gymbuildr.com/nutrition/
For the Gym Buildr program you select one of three tracts to follow. Then we take all of your measurements and look at your body fat, height, weight, age, goals and activity level to create a daily macro goal. The Meal Buildr component will auto generate meal plans for you (which you can modify out foods you don’t like) or you can create your own.
Jessica P will be helping keep you accountable with weekly check ins. If you need a little more focused support we can do that too! We will help guide you through making small but integral changes to your approach with food and lifestyle to help you hit your goals.
