Civil War – Saturday June 29th
Get those registrations in for the Civil War! Sign up by June 16th to ensure your event t-shirt. Ask your coach if you have questions.

Nutrition Challenge Update
Congrats to those still hanging in there with the nutrition challenge. It will wrap up on Monday. We will be re-testing the workout from May 13th, so check SugarWOD for your results. Erin and Sarit will be at the gym Saturday morning to join us for the workout. Hit them up with questions while they are here!.

8:00am and 10:30am CrossFit
AMRAP 25, in teams of 2:
600m row
300m run
60 wall balls (20/14)
300m run
60 power cleans (95/65)
300m run
60 DB snatch (50/35)
300m run

Split up all reps as needed. Perform run together. Stagger start time if needed to allow every team to row.

If not running, substitute 0.5 miles on the bike.
