800m Indian Run

In teams of 3, complete as many reps and rounds in 35 min of:
100 cal Bike
100 cal Row
100 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20
100 Ab Mat Sit Ups
*2 work while 1 runs 200m while carrying a Wall Ball (20/14). Runner will hand off wall ball to next team member and begin to work on chipper.

Barbell
Take as much time as needed to work up to a 1 Rep Max:
Snatch
