WOD 1: Third Base Plus

One person works, one person bikes for calories…

Part A
6 min
5 Rounds
7 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (adv: 50/35 int: 35/20)
7 Hand Stand Push Ups (int: 10 hand release push ups)

Part B
6 min
40 Deadlifts (adv: 275/185, int: 185/125)
40 Bar Facing Burpees

Part C
6 min AMRAP
7 Overhead Squats (adv: 135/95, int: 95/65)
30 Double Unders (int: 20 double unders)

Each 6 min segment (A/B/C) will have it’s own score. You will also have a 4th score that is total calories biked. One partner will be on the bike for the entire workout (even if you finish part A and B early you still bike for calories). You may switch off at any given point, there is no minimum work requirement per person.

WOD 1 Brief


The Heartbreak Complex is back! As a team you have 8 minutes to each get a max on the complex.
2 Deadlift
2 Hang Cleans
2 Front Squats
1 Jerk

There is not a video demo for this. Once the bar leaves the ground for the second deadlift it may not touch the ground again until you have completed the complex.  Hang cleans can be power or squat.  If you do squat cleans the second squat clean WILL NOT count as the first front squat.  You must do 2 front squats AFTER the cleans are done.  You must have control at the top of the jerk for the movement to count.  Wait for your judge to say good rep before dropping the bar.

WOD 3: Finish Strong

Chipper style, split reps however you would like.  There is no minimum work requirement per person.

In 18 Minutes:

80 wall balls 20/14 (same for adv/int)
15 bar muscle ups (int: burpee pull ups)
60 american kettlebell swings 70/53 (int: 53/35)
30 chest to bar pull ups (int: toes to bar)
40 alternating dumbbell thrusters 50/35* (int: 35/20)
45 pull ups (same for adv/int)
20 barbell power snatches 155/105 (int: 115/75)

*Alternating dumbbell thrusters are done with 2 dumbbells in the front rack but you alternate which arm presses the dumbbell overhead each rep.  For this movement only, you must complete reps in even numbers before switching out with your partner.
