Schedule changes/modifications

We are excited to be adding some specialty classes at Outlier and will be making some changes to the regular gym schedule as well.

Mobility class is starting on Thursdays at 6pm in place of the regularly scheduled WOD.

Monday nights at 7pm is going to become a dedicated Olympic lifting class for CrossFitters (this is not barbell and will take place on the main floor).  We encourage everyone interested in improving their lifts to come and focus on technique for the hour.  This will be in place of the regularly scheduled class.

7:15am class is going to be CANCELED.  The gym will still be open from 06:00-09:30am and barbell members may still lift. This change takes effect 9/29.

Booty Camp at 09:00 on Sundays is suspended until further notice.

Variant Program is going to be changing slightly.  For now, we want all of you interested in competition to join Barbell and focus on getting stronger  In addition, you’ll meet with Clint to identify weaknesses and he will give you a custom set of skills to work on in addition to class WODs and Barbell.  As we get closer to the open, the focus will be shifting.  Right now the focus is on strength and technical proficiency.  Stay tuned for a blog post coming soon with more details about the variant program!
