Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
4 Person Team Completes the following:
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
20 Hand Release Push Ups
30 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)
40 Squats
50 Doubleunders
* 1 person at each station, cannot rotate until all reps have been completed at the station. Take a knee after you have completed all of your reps.

250 Meter Run
250 Meter Row
15 Burpees
15 Deadlifts (185/135)
* 1 person at each station, cannot rotate until all reps/row/run have been completed at the station. Take a knee after you have completed all of your work.

2 Rope Climbs
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
