Although we are still holding off on large scale competitions open to the public, we will be moving forward with an Outliers only Halloween Throwdown on Saturday October 23rd. The competition will be focused around fun, community, and inclusivity. Please visit the event page for all the details:

48′ single-arm KB front rack walking lunge (53/35)
70m sled push (4/3)
Alternate MOVEMENTS with your partner, 1 partner works while the other rests. For example:
Run – P1
Lunge – P2
Sled – P1
Run – P2
Lunge – P1
Sled – P2
Run – Slightly different route today to avoid conflicts with the sled. Run around the middle building outside the parking lot, cutting back between Outlier and Golden state Pilates. It is like you are going out on a 300m run, but turn back early.
Lunges – Perform inside, lunging 24′ down, then 24′ back (cones will be set up 24′ apart).
Sled push – normal route in the back alley. From the bay door to the west end of the building and back.
