Labor Day Schedule
Modified schedule on Labor Day, Monday September 2nd. There will be classes at 8am and 9:30am, only classes of the day.
8:00am and 10:30am CrossFit
3 rounds, in teams of 2:
50 wall balls (20/14)
50 Russian KB swings (53/35)
Cash-out = 400m overhead & suitcase carry (50/35)
Split up the wall ball and swngs reps as needed, but perform the runs together.
For the cash-out each team will need two DB’s: one partner will carry a single DB overhead, while the other carries a single DB at their side. Partners may switch carries at any time (and/or arms). KBs may be used if needed.
Heavy wall balls, single arm Russian swings (70/53)
Perform 2 rounds, and then a 300m cash-out.
Reduce WB/KB/DB weight.
