Please note there will be no childcare during the 9am barbell class. Childcare remains as usual during the 8am class.

AMRAP 25, teams of 2:
50 alt arm DB snatch (50/35)
70m sled push
50 DB shoulder to overhead (50/35)
70m suitcase carry (105/70)
For the DB movements, partners will split the reps as needed. For the sled push and suitcase carry, partner A will go first, followed by partner B. Each partner will do a full 70 meters (to the end of the building and back). Start half the teams on the DB snatch and half on the sled push to avoid a bottleneck on the sleds or carries. Continue the workout in order, so if you push the sled first, move onto the DB STO (remember where you started when counting rounds and reps).
Single arm carry. Use the farmer carry handles or KB’s. Handles weigh 15# each.
