There will be a 20 minute running clock for the entire workout as follows:
0:00 – 8:00 AMRAP 8
8:00 – 10:00 Rest
10:00 – 20:00 AMRAP 10

The warm-up will focus on preparing athletes for the Rx version. Rx+ athletes, be prepared to warm-up your muscle-ups. Record rounds and reps completed in each AMRAP.
