AMRAP 30, in teams of 2:
40 cal erg (C2 rower or bike)
30 abmat sit-ups (or 20 GHD sit-ups)*
20 deadlift (225/155)
100m sled push (4/3)

Split up reps with your partner as needed.

*If a team is performing both abmat and GHD sit-ups, perform 25 reps (15 abmat + 10 GHD)
