Its Halloween, so we are doing a Death By workout. Wear a costume if that is your thing!

8:00am Workout of the Day
DEATH BY SANDBAG
EMOM for as long as possible:
Min 1 – 1 sandbag-over-shoulder
Min 2 – 2 sandbag-over-shoulder
…continue adding 1 rep each minute until failure

-Rest 5:00-

DEATH BY LUNGES & BURPEES
EMOM for as long as possible:
Min 1 – 1 DB goblet lunge* + 1 burpee
Min 2 – 2 DB goblet lunge* + 2 burpee
…continue adding 1 rep each minute until failure

*For today, lunge reps are listed per leg (L+R = 1 rep). So 1 lunge = 1 lunge left + 1 lunge right

Weights:
Sandbag -over-shoulder: pick your own weight
DB goblet lunge: 50/#35#
