Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In 2 person teams complete the following:

20 min ascending ladder
2-4-6-8-10 . . .
Wallballs (20/14)
Box Jumps (30/24)
Deadlift (225/155)

After each round, both partners run 150m with a kettlebell (1.5/1)
