9/29/16 WOD – Strict Pull Ups & Dips, Doubleunders, Sled Pushes, Renegade Rows, & GHD Sit Ups!

Reminder, we now offer CrossFit Kids every Thursday at 3:15 to 3:55 PM for children ages 6-10.  Bring your children in to see what it is all about.  Talk to one of the coaches if you have any questions about the program or to get signed up!  We look forward to watching your kids grow in the program!

Also, we have announced our upcoming events for the next few months on our website under events, go check them out! We have our clothing exchange October 10th through the 15th, Barbell for Boobs on October 15th, our Halloween party on October 22, the Halloween Throwdown on October 29th, ladies mimosa brunch on November 11th, and more! We will probably add a few more so be sure to check out the website for all event information!

Strength/Skill:

Max effort strict pull ups and strict dips for 4 sets – rest 2 minutes in between sets

Metcon:

4 Rounds of 1 Minute at Each Station of the following for max reps:
Doubleunders
Sled Pushes (4/3)*
Renegade Row + Push Up (45/25)
GHD Sit Ups
Rest

*Each 25 meters on the sled push is worth 5 points
