0800 and 1030 – CrossFit Class

2 People Complete the Following:
AMRAP in 8 Minutes of:
8 Burpees
8 Push Press (115/75)
200 Meter Run
* 1 partner runs 200 Meters, while the other partner works through the burpees and push press.  Switch when the partner gets back from the run.

-then, rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 8 Minutes of:
16 Box Jumps
16 Front Rack Lunges (115/75)
200 Meter Run
* 1 partner runs 200 Meters, while the other partner works through the burpees and push press.  Switch when the partner gets back from the run.

-then, rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 8 Minutes of:
24 Sit Ups
24 Back Squats (115/75)
200 Meter Run
* 1 partner runs 200 Meters, while the other partner works through the burpees and push press.  Switch when the partner gets back from the run.

0900 – Barbell Proficiency Class – Snatch Focus
