Strength/Skill:

3 Rounds of:
10 Dips
10 Weighted Pull Ups

Metcon:

“The Gun Show”
5 Rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Ring Push Ups
5 Bar Muscle Ups
– complete 1 round every 4 minutes
