Tuesday night at Outlier we have a strategy and nutrition meeting for all of our athletes competing this weekend at 6:30 PM to discuss nutrition and 7 PM to discuss strategy.  Be sure to head on out to the Proving Grounds Competition this Saturday to cheer on all of our teams that we have competing that day!

Clean Deadlift to knee + Clean and Jerk

50-40-30-20-10 Doubleunders
2 Rope Climbs each round
