5/10/16 WOD – Snatches, OHS, Dumbbell Box Step Overs, and Running!

New toys arrived today!  New ladies and men’s bars, plates, kid’s pull up bars, collars, and a new 24 foot rig that will be going up in a few days!

Reminder, this upcoming weekend May 13th through May 15th is the CrossFit California Regionals at the Del Mar Fairgrounds!  You can buy tickets here for single day passes or weekend passes!  It’s only $30 for single day passes or $75 for all 3 days.

Strength/Skill:

Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + OHS – 8 medium to heavy sets

Metcon:

“Big League Chew”
4 Rounds for time of:
3 Snatches @ 75%
8 Dumbbell Box Step Overs (45/25)
200 Meter Run
