3/15/16 WOD – Deadlifts, Doubleunders, DB Push Press, & Knees to Elbows

Have you noticed some of the improvements to the gym over be past week or so?! They may not be huge changes but little things here and there can help classes run smooth and keep the space looking great! The kettlebells, barbell and Dumbbells are color coded to make finding the correct weight faster and easier. The sway tracks are numbered to help find the right setting while sharing racks quick and easy. There is also a giant weight chart above the plates to help you do math and find the correct percentages for your strength workouts!!

Deadlift 5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%,  1+ @ 95%

12 Minute AMRAP of:
40 Doubleunders
12 Dumbbell Push Press (45/25)
9 Knees to Elbows
