Strength/Skill:

Push jerk:

65%x 5 reps, 75%x 5 reps, 85%x 5+ reps

WOD:

Every minute on the minute:
4 burpees… 5 … 6 … etc.
6 pull ups… 7 … 8 … etc.
*After 3 minutes add a rep… 5 burpees, 7 pull ups. After 3 minutes add a rep… 6 burpees, 7 pull ups… etc.
Your score is how many minutes you got to.
