Expanded Barbell program options!

Hello there everyone! I am excited to fill everyone in on some new opportunities for all of you to get better and stronger with the barbell! Throughout the CrossFit Open we moved our barbell class to Thursday at 6pm to accommodate for the Open wod taking over Saturday mornings. Now that the Open is behind us, the Saturday morning 90 minute class is back! You will have that time back to come in and get some extra time to learn and build your skills!

 

So whats happening with the Thursday class you may ask? We are keeping that time as well as adding a Tuesday 5pm barbell class. These barbell times during the weekdays will be an expansion on the offerings for the Hybrid program we have at Outlier. Members of the Hybrid Program will be able to attend these hours as a part of their membership. There will be an additional fee per class for non-hybrid members starting next week (April 11).  There will not be any additional charge for members to attend the Saturday morning barbell class (it’ll be just like it’s always been).
