9/11 Tribute WOD
For time, in teams of 2:
2977m row
*Switch every 250m. Before the next athlete gets on the rower, both athletes perform:
9 burpee
11 American KB swing (53/35)**
[both athletes perform the burpees and swings at the same time]

**If teams are sharing a KB, one athlete may perform burpees then swings, the other may perform swings then burpees.

Alternate machines/running may be required due to class size:
Ski erg = 2977m (switch every 250m)
Bikes = 5954m (switch every 500m)
Running = 2400m (switch every 200m)

This workout is a tribute to those fallen during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The 2977m row represents the number of people killed in New York City, Washington, DC and outside of Shanksville, Pennsylvania. The 9 burpees and the 11 KB swings represent the date of the attack, September 11th.
