Start at a moderate weight and build as needed.

METCON

11 toes-to-bar

TUESDAY, JUN 7
Push and Pull EMOM
EMOM 10:
Min 1 – 0:30 max reps strict handstand push-ups
Min 2 – 5 banded deadlift

Unilateral Push and Pull EMOM
EMOM 10:
Min 1 – 10 dual DB strict press
Min 2 – 5/5 single-leg KB deadlift

WEDNESDAY, JUN 8
Coach Paul Workout #2 – Tabata Something Else
5 cycles of tabata of the following movements:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air squats
Rowing (calories)

THURSDAY, JUN 9
Partner AMRAP
AMRAP 30, in teams of 2:
80/64 cal erg
40 box jump
200m sled push (3/2)*

*100m per person (2 x 50m laps). Stay in back alley.

FRIDAY, JUN 10
STRENGTH
Every 2:00 x 8:
2 cleans

Power or squat allowed, bar may be dropped between reps.

METCON
