AMRAP 30, in teams of 2:
100/90/80 cal erg (row, bike, or ski)
100 DB snatch (50/35)
1000m run
100 DB hang clean & jerk (50/35)

Split up all the work as needed with your partner, one partner works while the other rests. DB movements are single-arm. Split the run with your partner in any combination of 200m, 300m, or 400m laps.
