Teams of 2 Complete the Following:

 

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

 

50 Push Press (115/75)

 

– 7 Minute Cap, if you complete before 7 minutes rest until minute 7

 

100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

 

50 Back Squats (115/75)

 

– 7 Minute Cap, if you complete before 7 minutes rest until minute 7

 

100 Abmat Sit Ups with 25 lb weight/15 lb weight)

 

50 Hang Power Snatches (115/75)

 

– 7 Minute Cap, if you complete before 7 minutes rest until minute 7

 

4 Minutes to accumulate as many hang squat cleans (115/75)

 

0900 – Barbell Proficiency Class – Jerk Focus
