We are having an in house gym vendor morning to help support our members with their own businesses and hopefully help you all with some holiday shopping from 8-11!

0800 and 1030 – CrossFit Class

Partner WOD

2 People Complete the Following:
AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:
5 Thrusters (155/105)
10 Push Ups (hand release)
15 Jumping Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
– 1 partner runs 200 meters with a wall ball (20/14)

0900 – Barbell Proficiency Class – Snatch

1130 – Free Intro to CrossFit/Open Gym
