5/13/16 WOD – Deadlift + Hang Clean + Clean Complex, Hammer Time WOD!

Hi everyone! Please read this when you get a chance. We have some awesome accessory services available I want to make sure everyone is aware of. Also, a few friendly reminders for you all to help keep things running smoothly at Outlier!

Also, vector control came out today and said the mosquitoes likely come from the edges of the river. They are going to look at hand treating that area. They do treat the river with a larva-side treatment to kill larva but do not have treatment for adult larva. for now, he is recommending using repellent if you attend morning/evening classes. I’m still seeing about an outdoor spray/treatment option and what the liklihood fo that killing adult mosquitoes will be. Standby.
