In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
50 Deadlifts, 185#(115#)
400m Run (as a team)
40 Shoulder to overhead, 135#(95#)
400m Run (as a team)
30 Syncronized burpees over the bar
400m Run (as a team)

One person works at a time (except during the synchronized burpees).
