Monday, May 2nd

Metcon:
“The Sevens”
Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
7 Thrusters (135/95)
7 Knees to elbows
7 Deadlift (245/165)
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings (70/53)
7 Pull Ups

Tuesday, May 3rd

Strength/Skill:

6 x 3 – 1 1/4 Front Squats @ 75-80% of FS

Metcon:
Teams of 2 Complete the Following:
18 Minute AMRAP of:
7 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (45/25)
30 Doubleunders

1 partner works while 1 partner rests

Wednesday, May 4th

Thursday, May 5th

Friday, May 6th
