The Outlier program is designed to make you stronger, faster, and fitter through continued exposure to weightlifting and traditional CrossFit workouts. The WODs are designed to show you how much you can truly achieve and you will find yourself reaching fitness goals that you thought were out of reach. Outlier staff ensures these goals are reached with quality form and high intensity. The workouts are programmed for those looking to be competitive in CrossFit and other sports. However, the workouts are also scalable to account for individual variations in fitness level, making the program ideal for beginners and long-time CrossFitters alike.
Outlier offers a 45 minute general fitness program. These classes are high energy and cardio intensive. Come in to work on your fitness in this small group setting with a coach who leads you through the day. Each class will have a warm up portion along with interval cardio work to help burn off extra calories as well as work off body fat. We will also incorporate some light weight resistance training to help build and tone muscle!
Our program is designed to help improve your weaker areas and prepare you for the next level. This is great for everyone, those who just want to do better in classes and those that want to compete at the next level.
Our CrossFit Kids program offers 40 minute classes where youngsters have a time to build and develop their coordination, stamina, strength as well as overall have a great time. Creating friendships as well as confidence as the group is challenged and encouraged through each class.
