50 KB deadlift (2 x 53/35) – split reps
40 burpees – split reps
30 double KB push press (2 x 53/35) – split reps
200m team KB farmer/front rack carry (2 x 53/35 each) – together, see * below
*One partner performs farmer carry, the other performs front rack carry. Partners walk together, switching carries as needed.
