AMRAP 22, in teams of 2:
30 hang power clean (115/80)
30 box jump (24/20)
30 push press (115/80)
30 calories

Split up all reps with partner as needed, one partner works while the other rests. Any machine can be used for the cals, but the assault/echo bike is preferred.
