1:00 work / 0:30 transition:
Interval 1 – Strict pull-ups or ring rows
Interval 2 – Single-arm DB push press (50/35)
Interval 3 – Single-arm devil press (50/35)
Interval 4 – 50m sled push (4/3)
Score is total reps of pull-ups, pus press, and devil press (the sled is just to make you tired). Grab a white board and keep a running tally of each movement (sugarwod will ask for 3 separate entries).
Split class in as many as 4 groups to accommodate the sleds (we have 6 sleds).
