Buy-in = 80/72/64 cal assault bike
60 synchro DB goblet squat (50/35)
Cash-out = 100/90/80 cal row
Perform the buy-in and cash-out once (each). Split the class, half of the teams should start on the bike, the other half on the rower.
100/90/80 denotes number of calories required depending on the team combinations. The order is MM/MF/FF teams. So male/male teams do 100 cals, male/female teams do 90 cals, female/female teams do 80 cals.
