8:00am Workout of the Day
Time to get flexy! The 8:00am class will conclude with some extra stretching/mobility with our very own Melissa Warner. This is part of the class so come ready to learn a little more about stretching. Hopefully you walk away with a little more knowledge about what you can do after your workouts.
15 GHD sit-up, or 20 abmat sit-up
15 burpee over bar
One set of hang power cleans* (135/95)
Score is total number of hang power cleans completed.
*Perform your sit-ups and burpees. Then, perform a single set of hang power cleans, as many or as few as you like (unbroken). Once you drop the barbell, you must return to the sit-ups and start over. The strategy is in if you would rather accumulate hang power cleans in large single sets, or perform more rounds in an effort to accumulate your hang power cleans.
Grab a white board to note your cleans completed in each set, or keep a running count of the cleans in your head.
