Holiday Party Pre Game
5 rounds, in teams of 2:
30/27/24 cal assault bike
40 single-arm Russian KB swing (53/35)
40 wall ball (20/14)
Split up all reps (and running) with your partner. One partner works while the other rests. For the run, each partner should run 200m.
If needed due to class size, start half of the class on the bike, and the other on the run. Proceed through the workout in the same order either way.
