2020 CrossFit Open
Open workout 20.4 is going down Saturday morning at Outlier. Gym opens at 8:00am and the first heat kicks off at 8:30am. We will run heats every 30 minutes. Plan on sticking around to help judge. Team PM is looking to even things up with a victory this week, so bring your A-game on Saturday! Please keep your intensity at a reasonable level for Friday’s workout if you are planning on hitting 20.4 on Saturday.
Childcare provided from 8:30 – 9:30am. Enroll your child in advance to ensure your spot. Cap of 10 kids will be strictly enforced.

400m farmers carry (2 x 53/35)
200m sled push (2/1)*
*Use speed sleds as needed for dragging, and load with 3/2 45# plates (for reference, speed sleds weigh less than half of the dog sleds).
Reduce weight, reduce row/run distance.
