2020 CrossFit Open
Open workout 20.3 is going down Saturday morning at Outlier. Gym opens at 8:00am and the first heat kicks off at 8:30am. We will run heats every 15 minutes. Plan on sticking around to help judge. Remember team AM took weeks 1 and 2 so I am sure team PM is looking to have a good showing this week! Please keep your intensity at a reasonable level for Friday’s workout if you are planning on hitting 20.3 on Saturday.
Childcare provided from 8:30 – 9:30am. Enroll your child in advance to ensure your spot. Cap of 10 kids will be strictly enforced.
FRIDAY, OCT 25
Rope climb and double under practice.
4 rounds, 2:00 rest between rounds:
60 double unders (2:00 cap)
20/15 cal bike
2 rope climbs
50m sled push (4/3)
Score it total time including rest.
Reduce reps of each movement to try to finish each round in 5:00 or less. Sub lying to standing rope pulls for rope climbs or stationary sled pulls (use speed sleds) for rope climbs.
