Almost done with our squat cycle. This is here to help us with our Big Clean benchmark. If you have’nt been consistent, take 5% off each round. The goal is to make it everytime. This wod is a sprint. The sled is going to get you anaerobic, and then we combine that with several motions with the load moving in an opposite direction. Brian and Kaitlyn put new pads on them for us so you can all go fast! Goal time is sub 12 min! Get some.
